I suggest building your portfolio up to 3 to 5 properties there, then diversifying into other geographically diverse markets.

They (being equity investors) always say to diversify and not put all your eggs in one basket, and I feel like real estate is a great way to create some actual investment diversity.

This isn’t a guarantee of course but has been steady going back several decades and the underlying fundamentals (diverse job market, population growth, quality of life attractions) point to a steepening appreciation curve in Longmont, in my Chrystal ball at least.
