Anyone hear about the Toxic red sludge coming from an aluminum plant in Hungary?

It was used in nuke power plants and seemed it got to the Iranians.

If it were my money, I would only use 1/2 in Real Estate (because of experience) very close to home (2 hours away max) and plant the bal. some where safe for a year thinking and researching what to do.

It was certainly arid there, with no rain and not like the typical volcanic islands which are more tropical and have hills, soil and rain forests.

God gives us all Spiritual Gifts, and when you are led by the Holy Spirit to use your Spiritual Gifts to provide solutions to other people's challenges, you and the person for whom you are providing the solution are rewarded (especially spiritually).I give this testimony hoping that I can be a positive influence in another person's life and plant a seed that will bring them closer in their personal relationship with God, because in the end, that's all that matters.God Bless You!

It is now impossible to build a coal fired power plant that is profitable with the current regulations.

I don't plant flowers or mulch or anything until right before the house goes on the market, but everything else exterior wise gets done almost immediately.

Never buy a park with gas pipes owned by the park or sewage plant (septic per pad are ok).  

It is the only plant where you have full control of your retirement funds.

Was in good shape last I saw it.Siding- I replaced or repaired any damaged boards and stained the entire house 4 years ago.exterior painting- see abovelandscaping- I cut down lots of trees, planted a lawn and created a large back yard.
