Sounds strange, I know.

The department “Zoning” told me that they do not keep a list, that they simply take daily complaints and notify the property owner of the complaint, and that’s “often the end of it”...After reading about experiences by other people who were trying to find zoning code violations, I can’t help but feel like I’ve been given the run around.It’s strange, because the woman I spoke to seemed kind and helpful, but I find it hard to believe that they wouldn’t keep a record of these reported violations, or that I was in the wrong place.As I was leaving, a gentleman who worked there asked if I needed help finding anything, and once I explained to him what I was looking for, he directed me to go to the exact department I’d just left.

Strangely enough, my wife still isn't a real believer. 

Oddly enough, some of the people I know with a lot of money have the worse credit, and the ones who barely make 15k a year have great credit (not all, but a strange skew of people).

Yes which is why it's so strange for someone to claim to be out of business but have online site still, working fax, and also active voice mail.

Another strange thing is she is also represent the buyer which is her family friend. we just had an appraisal $11k less than the contract price, and I got a list of things to repair from the buyer&agent.

It is a strange bird but if fully realized the value reportedly would be north of 100k per coin one day.

Never missed a payment and I was served strange demand letters after demand letters from the Note Holder ( 92 year old lady) My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time.
