They came out and measured then ordered a new low-e dual pane panel and l ater came out to the house and replaced it in like 15-20 minutes.

The roof is 12:12 (except for an 8:12 dormer on which we put solar panels) and we have 2" insulation board as part of the roof deck, and closed cell foam on the inside (the rafters are only 2x4, so we needed to go outside to get the R value).

Pulled permits so had to follow their code interpretation, so no upstream GFI's to keep open ground circuits in play.I had to upgrade the panel as well, but at least they let me do all the work.

Also because the walls are kind of like old-fashioned wood panels that you can’t find today the contractor suggested you could put a moulding like a baseboard to cover up the 4 inch that was cut off.
