Sitting in the lobby while they do a modification and handing you the agreement doesn't really clue you into what the do in the backroom.The issue is usually around note players who jump into buying notes who "self-study" the world of finance without any formal education/introduction and assume they know what the might be reading or assume some myth or folklore from some broker is correct.
