I learned that bigger deals often lets you leverage debt with lower rates, longer amortization years, and often "interest only" terms on the first couple years which lets you make more aggressive offers which are more than likely to get accepted by the seller.Moreover, pay attention to how many of the the units (in the Offering Memorandum or you need to confirm with the decision maker).
