Needs to replace current monthly household income...so basically I’m screwed.

A SEC 8 tenant can only spend 30% of their household income on housing - rent plus utilities.  

As of the date of this Agreement,Landlord warrants that the dwelling’s sewage drains are in good working orderand that they will accept the normal household waste for which they weredesigned.

I agree that fatherless households is a huge problem that’s not being addressed in depressed areas of our country .

Some of the economic factor to consider: population growth, job growth, median household income, median housing price, any F500 company around?

As a woman myself, I can relate to the challenges of running a household on a budget, and I also enjoy feeling like I can buy the foods I like, but I have found a way to have 'both' by spending on the things I enjoy and eliminating waste to cover the extras.Also, there was a great podcast recently about being frugal, but still having what you want, it was 'the Money Show #10'hope this helps :)

Picture this, household income avg family say $ 120,000, that florida family has a 350k mortgage, 50k in student loans, they are mid 30's, car debt 25k  on the   mini van, another  5k on Visas, so  lets say around 450k in debt.   

One thing I have always hated about the way average income statistics are given is that they are given as a per household number.
