It was so unbearable to sleep in the unit that I woke them up at 11AM.I think I was of this mindset before about if I threaten somebody they will jump, but now that I'm mature enough to step back and see problems differently I go about things without drama and heartache.

I’ve held it for the past 4 years and sometimes get weary with some of the tenant issues/ drama, but I agree I should try to hold out as I’m sure I could get much more at some point.

Council from the wise may seem harsh initially but in the end if one adheres to it, leads to more wisdom.

I price out the wood look tile because it's a little less harsh, and it's about $1.99/sqft.

The landlord will not step on the workplace premises or go up to the tenant so not to cause unnecessary drama.

I have actually started looking to possibly build duplexes with 6 bedrooms per size rather than a single family with this many tenants.Padsplit does manage the drama, they deal with the people.
