Electricity has been off for days, full fridge of food that is rotting, dog poop EVERYWHERE, most of his furniture and garbage is everywhere, baby room still has crib, changing table even a car seat, hell they left their keurig, the only thing we see missing is their tv and clothes--multiple holes in the walls chewed out from the dogs.

Even if they are selling crap deals, it's up to you to do your homework and if it's a garbage deal...don't buy it.If you can find a wholesaler who knows what a good deal is, I would definitely go that route and let them do the leg work for you.Good luck,Steph

@Ibrahim S know it as a sump pump. probably rent it from Home Depot or wherever.it looks kind of like a kitchen garbage disposal with a hose attached. works like a powerful vacuum. just run the hose to where you want the water to go ( choose wisely ) and plug in the pump.god knows why the water is there, that will be another issue.

You'll pay off principle, get to live in a nice neighborhood, not pay to much more than you were renting, and maybe get a little appreciation.Like other's mentioned, you also to take into account all your expenses - maintenance, sewer, water, garbage, and vacancy.
