You can probably flip a coin as an investing strategy when picking the prime markets: SF, Seattle, NY, Austin, Denver, etc

Facebook is supposed to launch Diem.com this month (used to be called "Libra", a blockchain stable coin) things are changing but I guess not fast enough. 

I was thinking of doing it myself, but would be interested in hearing if there are any decent companies that would provide the machines and do the coin collecting. 

We also have a coin operated laundry mat on 2 of the properties which brings in 100 per month, and garage parking on each building which brings in another 100 per month.

For example, the layout included five bathrooms which definately added to the cost,  In addition we used real hardwood through-out, higher end tile in the bathrooms, hardiplank siding, higher end fixtures in the kitchens and bathroom as well as included granite counter tops, central A/C, stainless appliances, four-piece coin-op laundry setup in the basement, etc.
