You may have more waste then a pro so might cost a bit more in material as you are learning but given your spirit and attitude I say give it a try. 

Over the last ten years, I have come across many real estate investment entrepreneurs that exemplify this creative spirit.

Might be too much trouble too.( I'm not talking about the spirited threads we have had among veteran members where questions are used for the basis of some argument).There are also many wannabe gurus on internet siets that may use pretty low keyed approaches or under the radar approaches to suggest methods and strategies.

I realized that investors were putting deals up there, collaborating, and using the platform as a type of LinkedIn.

Would love to collaborate ideas and learn from others.

I too have an immense respect for everyone's time and effort, but at the same time, I think that collaboration will pay off.I am going to keep pursuing finding the "right" agents.

Hearing that I should just put up with a career Im unhappy with for the next 10 years, cause thats life isn't an option and its not in my entrepreneurial spirit and nature.

I would also like to use this thread as a way to reach out to other wholesalers in my state so that maybe we can start some preliminary convos and perhaps eventually create a networking/collaboration group.

I was a part of a few spirited debates regarding this topic over a year ago with many of the major details being covered here.  

Spirits are definitely booming right now, at least in Colorado.
