You can download any bank's "Call Report" from the FDIC's website at: https://cdr.ffiec.gov/public/ManageFacsimiles.aspxWe review the "Call Reports" of those banks that we bank with each and every calendar quarter to ensure they are still in good shape and that we do not see any trends that we do not like. 

I don't have this schedule written down anywhere but on my calendar and it just moves from one year to the next.

Purchase an AIRDNA report on Colo Spgs or 2.) check the airbnb calendars of similar renters in that area/reach out to people already renting.a word to the wise: Colo Spgs just changed their airbnb laws to limit who can do them, so just make sure you are in compliance before you buy.

I like to think I'm a pretty organized person and don't know if a Gant chart would be ideal, or maybe a calendar and block off the work etc.

I agree that is a good strategy especially since a lot of the rental demand is seasonal with the school calendar.
