It's very unlikely that you will be able to find that kind of management for cheap rundown property.I'll put a word in for southeast Wisconsin here, which you can easily get to by flying into Chicago.

I've found a little pocket on sanity in the suburbs southeast of the city, but I know it's only a matter of time.

I'm looking for recommendations for lenders that are based in San Diego (plus plus if they're in North County) that work with clients who invest out of state, and are licensed in south, southeast, and midwest states.
