I may not like your ability to restrict tenants from legally owning guns, but I also don't like the continued erosion of property owners rights in parts of our country (the Costa-Hawkins drama in CA is a good example).

The only truly nice areas in the East Bay are located in Central Contra Costa County, such as Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill.

It cost a ton of money and lots of info but you had to pay someone to work you through it.

Didn't follow through to save the eviction cost as they indicated that they would look for a home.
