All brokers and licensees MUST disclose any Affiliated Business Arrangements (ABA) whereby the licensee, broker or company may gain financially from another company that they refer to the client.

Rentler (& affiliates) generates tons of leads for me as well as my local major classifieds site (KSL Homes in UT).

One place to do that is the Pine Financial Summit put on by @Travis Sperr and company (I have no affiliation with the group).

This option would not be placing any money with me or any company that I am affiliated with.  

From your description above it appears that you were not affiliated with any particular booking/management solution.

Then I'd affiliate with Oxford House Sober Living organization for some help with oversight and infrastructure but essentially would rent our all 5 bedrooms as double occupancy for men only and charge $150/week per bed.
