BP is definitely a worthwhile site to bookmark. 

The average RE investor doesn't have enough doors to make it worthwhile to go crazy with the software.

It is worthwhile to have some equity as a safeguard against detrimental economic conditions.

Stay with it and look to other's on here for encouragement.Do your research, make education a priority, set the right goals and it will all be worthwhile.

@Jeff Markowski I don't know CA law, but an attorney consult should be well worthwhile.  

I thought this may be worthwhile because a realtor I talked to sounded very agitated/annoyed by all the low ball offers he sees from "wannabee investors" giving lowball offers...

@Xavier Wood I’m a member of 2,PIAs at the moment Auckland and Otago.Considering you are starting out I do think joining CPIA can be worthwhile. 

Also, What do you think a worth-while home would cost at a general small-town tax sale?
