Add to that... if you find out when the paid workshop will be held.

My house is a 3 bedroom, house with a large fenced in back yard, finished basement with workshop, 2 car garage, all hardwood floors.

I know that there are plenty pf people focused on that kind of real estate in California, as I went to a probate workshop several years back in LA that was quite full.

They also have great workshops that are often free or very low cost.
