Dependings widely based on where your starting, I would say anywhere from 1k to 10k per year.

Natural gas is widely used in the area and can be brought to the property for roughly 40k.  

There's the commercial corridor on Lancaster that will hopefully improve over time and be a benefit, and lastly, these are nice wide blocks with parking on both sides of the street and wide sidewalks so they feel nice and inviting and there's no drama on these blocks, very quiet. 

I consider it deceptive, unethical and risky from legal liability angle.

In that case, you would likely need several separate slabs, with some separation between them, versus a 200' wide slab with 8 garages.
