AirDNA I find to be somewhat Lackluster on homes that have unique features if the home you have fits that.

Wow, this quoting feature is horrible.

I could easily tell you based on where and the property features for the Tampa area for example what your annual projection is and how I would see that breakdown per month. 

I've done two loans with him but none using this feature.
