The bank will visually request to see the funds for a downpayment so have this in a checking or savings account to show proof.

If you are a visual learner, online may be the way go.  

I'm pretty visual, I would read the chapters and write all the key words on flash cards to study later.

As a side note - it may be helpful if you could add a photo of the property in question to give a visual aid.

Not a database though, so only way I know of to scan the properties is visually by location (it is a map function, after all).
