We were really upset to have to give the seller this inspection report because we knew the deal would fall apart. 

Of course, they could have become upset and trashed the place - but then again it already needed quite a bit to be spent on the rehab.

I certainly see why you would be upset but I don't envision there being a legal avenue for changing the outcome.

Assuming that she has the verifiable income then this is easy, if she doesn't, I'm pretty sure she's going to be really upset.   

I am guessing that I recently had a little more "activity" around my place than normal to this woman and in some way that must have angered her or upset her in some bizarre way.

I am looking to bid on a foreclosure (upset bid after sale) and I got a title search done that showed a Contract Memorandum between the owner and a Property company (assuming its for a sale) that was filed after the initial foreclosure sale at the court house. 

It is very upsetting that I was put into this product to begin with, if this is the criteria and was not caught right up front. 

@Giovanni Brown are you asking if the banks will keep bidding up a property above the upset bid?
