There is the options of totally change up what/where your trying to do things. 

Lots has changed over the years.Managing it yourself from a distance can be done, but it will require your team to be built and for you to have back up strategies if guests need attention and you're unavailable. 

Even still, it could be said that I've still lost money due to my time on the tools instead of prospecting as a real estate agent (the cost of lost opportunity).If you can truly do 80%-90% of the work yourself (at acceptable quality levels) and you aren't sacrificing your time where you can get better returns for your efforts, then yes, it can work even up here in Canada.

I think you bring up a good point of considering offering higher returns to investors if I have to begin to search outside of my network.But my original question from the post still remains, where would you recommend I search for people interested in an opportunity like this?

Companies normally offer limits up to$500,000 but some offer $1,000,000.

Padsplit seems like a neat idea to me, but seems expensive. 

I locked up my first deal , now im trying to find buyers.

When we found this deal the community had around 45 homes in it, now we are close to 60 total homes and looking to bring that number up to around 80.
