Other states have gotten a little taste during the pandemic of what happens when the money/demand spreads across the nation.

Can you muster up the bare empathy to see things the way the tenant probably would and the taste this would leave in any elected official's mouth if they had to adjudicate a petty, grasping, little dispute like this?

When buying a place as a rental, buy something solid but it may not be to your taste.

This place left a bad taste in my mouth as I purchased a SFR from someone on here that others say is top notch but it turns out his rental property I bought came with a deadbeat tenant and shoddy rehab work. 

Most of the time this is because they've changed their underwriting guidelines or taste for a particular type of exposure.

I let the listing agent know in the showing feedback as tactfully as I could: "I know everyone's tastes are different, but I would remove the nude picture during showings bc the buyers eyes are drawn away from the beautiful house and to the conversation piece"....
