The wealthy from Panama City who generally have their own place and don't need to rent or want a much bigger and luxurious place when renting?

also, I'm assuming an average construction price per sq ft of approximately $225 - $250 with moderate luxury finishes. 

I've been curious in some of their luxury design builds and looking for other companies with similar products.

Really wish realtor fees were flat rate for leasing or at least 2 weeks rent vs 4....I have a nicer unit but it's by no means "luxury" and it will rent in two seconds with no real marketing needed...definitely not 4k worth of work for a realtor imo...

The market has a lot of baseline - economically friendly STRS but only a few luxury STR's, most of which are dated and drab.  

I have some really exciting ideas I'd like to make come to fruition for a newly built luxury honeymoon cabin in Broken Bow, OK.
