As of now, it sounds like you had a ton of equity locked up and it is not working hard for you. 

What’s the difference between 4 figures and 5 figures being locked up for 30 days until you close?

We have people complain about everything from unclogging a toilet they clogged, sending picture of their poop, to not knowing how to do easy stuff that they SHOULD know how to do to one girl who has locked herself out 5 times.   

Either way, you lock in a 30 year note.
