I hate to say this in this forum and keep it to RE and never mention politics but see the trend that is before us, unfortunately, this pandemic has given the (D)'s a perfect opportunity to push their agenda to transform the country.

It sounds like you'll be close to Bedford which has had an amazing transformation of great commercial openings over the last few years. 

I firmly believe 100 years from now there will be Rockefeller type companies that were able to effectively transform their business model in the next 24 months.

I actually thought the same thing when becoming a realtor as I come from a technical background namely (Cloud, Blockchain, and programming) but after becoming a realtor I realize quickly that technology would not make the real estate agent obsolete no time soon.I will say real estate agents that would like to continue to thrive would have to embrace some form of digital transformation but the idea the technology would remove the need for people in a people-based business is not going to happen until we get robots that look and act like humans ... lol 

I once looked into a similar kind of project in NorCal and discovered that the city fees to get utilities on site (water meters at street, electrical transformers, ect) were in a certain range depending on the unit mix.
