IF the lender does find out the lender can choose what course of action to take.  

What legal actions are recommended here?

This is both a business move and a workforce development initiative, targeting trades as a critical part of economic growth.

I'm finding that this strategy is helping people, building repour with people, and continuing to keep business moving forward while some say it's hard and sit on the sideline to wait until there is mass movement.Appreciate your time and reply and good to hear that you're experiencing some similar action a couple hours' drive away. 

I consulted with a real estate lawyer a few times this year who said it's very hard to sue for negligence and they advised against taking legal action, especially since the property manager at least followed through on the eviction and repairs.I've now asked the property management company to apply a $4k credit for all the challenges I've had working with them.

Unfortunately, people in the trades are often good at their trade but poor at managing their business.
