Yep a proper reglaze is a long and toxic/smelly job.

From what he told me, it's really really really cheap, it's non-toxic, bugs hate it, easy to apply and it makes the place smell fresh.

It's a bit irritating that some pumps have the auto cut off at some dollar amount that discriminates against large tanks.

That get irritating in a hurry.

its annoying and irritating,  but I vote to fix.

No more scary talk about those 'toxic mortgages' . 

It is quite morbid to look out your front window, or to go outside for any reason and to see a funeral home each time (and everything that comes with it: hearses, coffins, distraught family/friends, toxic chemicals used for embalming, possible traffic issues with funeral processions from 4 funeral homes on same street etc.). 

Unless this dog is the size of bigfoot with irritable bowel syndrome, I can't imagine how 1-2 days worth of dog crap would be visible from the street enough to make your property look bad.

I'd talk to an attorney experienced in toxic torts before making a decision.
