I literally have an inch thick folder on the foreclosure process, bankruptcy process, comps, appraisals, deeds, title search, etc., etc. etc.Sorry to rant....

They are already complaining about the carpeted bedrooms (how thick would it have to be in order to buffer?).

The trick to me is getting in in such a way that you can stay in, through thick and thin ... beyond that, the market and your tenants tend to do most of the heavy lifting on your behalf.

If you do renovations, make sure skin is thick, and your pockets/credit are deep.   

For a floating LVP, like Smartcore at Lowe’s or LifeProof at Home Depot, I’m trying to figure out if a 7.5 mm thick XL plank at 72” wide would “hide” more unevenness than a 6.5 mm thick 32” wide plank.

To me truth is about an inch and half thick or however thick a holy Bible is .

I appreciate any advice, good or bad, I have thick skin.
