Making accommodations for people with disabilities...There is a difference between making an accommodation for a person with a disability upon request vs. making a unit accessible to ADA standards and marketing it as such.

So, if your mother is awaiting transport to an appointment and can't get to the lobby on her own and requires assistance which is denied then the ramifications of such acts may constitute noncompliance to ADA.

I run a NPO that does affordable housing for disabled veterans - individual housing in not normally subject to ADA but does come under Fair Housing Act.

Judge advised manager that he can think of several ways to put a doorway in and allows the attorney to start to talk about the ADA...While I'd LOVE to be able to report how this all came out... the management company couldn't show evidence that they were legally entitled to sue on behalf of the owner and the judge postponed the whole thing until this afternoon.

It has gotten so bad that some joker called MassHomeSale dot com keeps hammering our Craigslist :).Not sure if posting 1 ad a day (and since I have 4 distinctly different ad templates you won't see the same one more than maybe twice in a week) counts are "hammering".I guess I did have the audacity to post 2 totally different ads in one day a few days ago.

I would post on craigslist at least 3 times daily changing my ad a little, rearranging photos and how I described the property.
