If you can't fit 10 people at the dining room table and seat 10 people in the living room, you're cramming to many people in the home.

If you can show them in a calm way that you have a case against their E & O insurance and possibly a case for a prescriptive easement and anything else that's appropriate, then it's easier to get them to the negotiating table in a mood to settle with you fairly.In my opinion.
