I find this data super interesting, and took the opportunity to dive into their 2025 edition this week.Nationwide they say we can expect:Average mortgage rates of 6.3%, with rates edging down over the year to reach 6.2% by the end of the year.Home prices will grow by 3.7% across the US, which is pretty modest.

@Travis Gutting hi Travis, most of my deals have come from the MLS and being able to act super quickly when a good one gets listed.

I don’t want to just cut cost though I want to understand what I’m doing and be super hands on.

It's not some MLM, pyramid type gig you can just experiment with attempting to make quick or easy money.

It easy for people to get up on their crystal palace podium but the moment it comes knocking on your door or in your neighborhood peoples opinions change drastically. 

Down payment funds may seem tricky to those who get lured in by the countless con artists on social media selling the notion 100% financing using other people's money is easy.

If only it was that easy!
