@James Dugan, Fort Worth has been known to crack down on PadSplits, but I do have several clients that are successfully operating there regardless.

My biggest question when I was researching all the programs was "If these people are so successful at what they do, why are they charging so much for all of this and always trying to upsell?" 

Curious what success people have had with this.

The most successful loans are those that do not procrastinate and get the appraisers In ASAP so you can get over any unexpected bump in the underwriting process.

I understand that the interest on this HELOC should be tax-deductible, and I have documentation to support the transaction.

I want RAD to be successful and, in turn, my family to be successful.
