Who knows, maybe you’ll stumble across someone who doesn’t know they could get more listing with a realtor 🤷🏻‍♂️

The wealth of knowledge than can be obtained is incredible and I am happy to have stumbled across BP and more importantly this NJ sub forum.A little bit about myself - I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit growing up (started a small landscaping company in HS to get me through college), however, I fell into the trap of "you need to get a good degree, then a good job, with a good company."  

I definitely think they would talk to you, especially if you have good personal financials.Personally I stumbled onto portfolio loans from local banks, because I bought a place that needed a good amount of work  (owner financing) and needed more rehab financing. 

As I am clicking on the different parcel numbers, I stumble upon a property with a relatively high tax lien compared to other residential properties.

Along with gathering information online, I've also been watching a ton of videos on youtube and that is how I stumbled across BiggerPockets.

Oh one more - I stumbled across this while doing some more looking around... http://www.airportairparkhomes.com/listings.asp  Looks like a somewhat comprehensive listing of at least the majority of current fly-in communities.

The one major stumbling block is getting a mortgage for the remaining 80%.

After researching ways of generating passive income i stumbled upon the amazing Bigger Pockets podcast, which brought me here. 

However, personally for me, I feel that you have stumbled upon a niche market with which you can milk the crap out of.

So, I stumbled recently on a BP podcast that pointed me to a Real Estate book that I began (listening to) and soon realized, It was way ahead of my knowledge and I just couldn't comprehend it.
