Hello everyone, My name is Dylan Jeluso, I'm a 20-year-old student at the University of Florida.

My Nephew is a student at University of Utah and a competitive climber, and he has a lot of climbing friends that would live with him.- Buy a house / 4 plex, take one of the rooms / units, and rent out the rest- Family can just come and stay with the Nephew when needed. - Build out the equity on the house while living at reduced price (hopefully) due to charged rent.  

My rent for comparable apts prior to buying were about the same, sometimes more, than my current mortgage.There's actually many things stopping me from making extra payments, all related to student loans. 

The idea is to learn the business as a whole, and learn all the strategies, and to learn when to use the strategies.I would also be careful joining a group that is going to teach you to syndicate, yet they are raising capital from their students.
