@ Hugh - As a rehabber myself (full-time) I do not think it is strange that one would not know an appraiser, after all, on each flip, it is the buyer's lender who hires the appraiser, not the flipper.That said, my suggestion is to ask some fellow investors in your area, or simply look in the phone book.

I guess if I can't find a good policy to cover the LLC I can take out a personal umbrella policy for peace of mind.It's quite strange, as usually, you will hear people say that you can't over-insure yourself.
