You're probably better off, starting out, leaving your property in your personal name and not stir the lender's hornet's nest and getting yourself and property well insured!

If the seller really wants to sell then make them start that permit process and see how much trouble gets stirred up. 

@Kye Matthews-Mason As long as the asbestos is not getting disturbed and stirred up into the air it should be fine to be left or further encapsulated in most jurisdictions.

Which means that all the stuff involved with them stirring up emotions in other people, lead to them stirring up their own emotional energy as well and getting sucked into the negativity.

It was never about accuracy - it was just a way to stir up controversy and make people get into the habit of using Zillow (and it worked perfectly).
