From my research right now, I've spoken with SunWest Trust & it's a flat fee of $275/year after a $50 start up fee.

The last few years we've seen several large employment centers move to Bham and it's lately been somewhat of an under the radar hot bed for tech startups (not to mention Shipt) - overall it has, and always has had, a strong entrepreneurial presence. 

I can invision myself starting in 1 year - I already have va strategy in place to stockpile $18K in the next 12 months, thus having substantial start up money I presume.
