The technician write up references that the exterior heat pump compressor had locked rotor amps and couldn't be evaluated and recommended a whole new system due to it using the old refrigerant and it's condition and that the drain pan was rusted.

Turn on the water and see if the meter spins or if it is still. 

The price is right for me and the numbers seem to work every way I spin them.

I'm a beginner and learning constantly,  there is so much information on PB its amazing but also sends my head spinning sometimes. 

I'm admittedly under educated in that area.I've considered selling but ultimately decided against it because it's cash flowing and in an area that I expect will continue to appreciate greatly in the coming years.Been spinning my tires on REI and I really want to gain some traction and purchase more properties out of state, preferably in the south/Midwest.

Each have a little different spin/focus, but the mindset is the same. 

I believe that we can prove that we materially participate in the property and rent the airbnb for less than 7 days on average; however, deeming this a residential property or non-residential is making my head spin a bit.Obviously there is a pretty large chunk of change on the line here so I'm hoping to find out how to manage this appropriately.

I could easily use the same numbers and instead of claiming that blacks are deprived of wealth creation because of lower home values, I could spin it positively and claim that it is wonderful that blacks are closer to homeownership than whites thanks to the lower entry costs.
