I also claim that the price and rent indicate it will not appreciate or have rent growth significantly better than inflation.I could not live on 100 of these (I admit to spending a lot of money).

@Zachary Young,Given your $300,000 budget, you have a good number of options—you certainly don’t have to be constrained to Cleveland, if that’s not where you want to start out.

Others are responsible with their budget and can stretch a dollar.If they are excellent renters, I would offer them the option to renew and let them make the choice.
