You typically want an LLC where the property is because it's a state specific device so you want it to apply to the asset you're trying to protect. 

Most only assumed it applied to a specific demographic of society so it would be seen as more humorous or acceptable.

So your number of 715k may not be too far off depending on the square footage and also the age of the cabin.For anybody to suggest otherwise without knowing more information on your specific cabin isn't giving you the best advice to be honest.
