The software doesn't provide that level of granular detail that can mean the difference between 2k and 3k a month. 

I personally found this software a lifesaver.

The advice is downright bad; not applicable to the average Billy & Barbara, some signs of bragging among other concerns.

Maybe it has more to do with the software than the company (although their customer service sucks), in which case you might run into the same issues with other emulators, but it has just been constant headaches.
