It's sell, take the 100k profit, your at 360k in the bank, VTSAX or money market and chill for a bit, see how this market/economy thing plays out, rates have to come down no one can afford at these rates, then maybe look to refi and get the rate under 5%.Also something to think about.....

Look at the school district--the higher rated the district, the better for holding value and stickiness of tenants, plus appreciation over time.Secondly, you'll want to make sure there is a net in-migration of working and professional folks to keep the local economy perking along.Good luck, keep investing and moving forward!

As people transition to our area, they book our place to coincide with completing construction, sale/purchase of housing, etc…so, #1 location#2, growth of the economy, influx of jobs, etc#3, don’t laugh…have your house well decorated and take pro pictures to share.

What I'm struggling with is the fear that the economy could take a turn for the worse and get upside down on the project, which I understand is always on the table but wanted to see what everyone's thoughts were as far as waiting or if it's better to just start as soon as possible?
