I'm in the process of completing my first BRRRR and though I know the money is sitting there in equity, it's hard to watch the money leave my account!

I had called them my travel retirement plan but learned that I've actually lost money on them by sitting on them so now I spend.

It also sits on 2 acres with separate buildings for animals and a nice storage shed.

This house had 12” of water/ice in the basement... there’s a nice sump pump set up just sitting there with no power...

..just gonna keep buying land, seeds, guns and ammo for when this whole thing comes crashing down, and I get to sit back and watch hipsters try and figure out what trees tacos grow on..

Logically, I would care more about getting the best price but not overpricing to where the home sits on the market.
