There were a few specific trades there, but Handyman type businesses showcasing.

Oh, and 'lawns' were first used to showcase massive wealth by landbarons, who would just show off they could do whatever the hell they wanted with their land and they didnt have to plant crops to survive.  

They can work through things like tile choices during construction, but we're not going to design a showcase staircase in the field like I'd do with a spec. 

It's intriguing to read all the posts and follow the thoughts of everyone as they showcased their problem solving abilities.Yes, this was educational at best and interestingly enough there was no wrong answer.
