Hello,I am a senior in college finishing up my last semester.

Colleges were some of the first institutions to close down, and many closed through the end of the semester before there were any other shut downs locally.

    @Chabane Maidi I suspect the first semester may be impacted, but second semester likely not.

During School semester, who year, summers rent to Football and marching bandWould you let to students?

As school more than likely for next semester will be online.

I still have 2 semesters left but with COVID it could hopefully be less.

However, learning how to be a landlord/property manager; taking 20 credits a semester which is now 2 times the work load and online as well as working 20 hours a week all while trying to successfully juggle a relationship is very taxing and exhausting.

Hey college town investors - Is anyone buying buy and hold rentals for the upcoming fall semester and beyond?

In other markets they may advertise it as "X monthly" but in reality they get semester payments and don't get paid for the summer and winter.

I plan on taking 3 classes semester and take the monthly payment plan which is 2100 a month for 3 months.
