I've self managed in the past but managing other people's properties is new.

.: I am not going to express an opinion on whether being on a single platform can improve your ranking because i really d not know and admit you may be right.  

Hi @Ramsey Doumani,Your strategy is more than possible, self management with the team you already have in place should be a breeze.

And most regret it.I'll make the opposite case: it is VERY hard to screw up when buying i.e. a duplex in good condition in a desirable neighborhood and either self-manages or hire a quality PM to manage.To any new investor who is reading this: In real estate cost and risk have an inverse relationship.

(I think they charge around $110 last I looked.) 8 years later the tenant they placed is still there but I have self managed for the last 5 years as rents have climbed to $3,500. 

Because of special circumstances I have one property I self manage.

Everything should be pretty self explanatory in regards to filling it out.

I am a self employed residential general contractor.

I have a self-direct IRA and could use some passive options.

We currently have 10 single family properties in the best school districts and we self manage.
