It sounds like you've got the ball rolling in the right direction already, so keep up the great work!

It's pretty rare I see any that is super easy and the cash just keeps rolling in. 

Newer investors will not understand that if they don't hit a few base hits and get the ball rolling. 

We were interested in rolling money from a sale of a triplex into a larger property.

As to MLS fees, generally, those fees are rolled in with the fees to join NAR, California Association of Realtors, and local real estate association (although some associations offer MLS only subscriptions). 

Hi @Lena Truong I've bought assets from AHP and Jorge Newberry is the principal and passes the integrity test with flying colors.

They said that per California Revenue and Taxation code, they're asking me to provide them info such as the purchase agreement, rent rolls, etc. to assist them in doing the reappraisal of my property.  

I also have plans to test air BNB and long term leasing to see what works best.2) Bed bug addendum's have been brought up throughout this post and other research I've been doing.
