Is there a recommended repair man in the Georgia area?

I want to put together an app where you or I as the landlord can videochat with the tenant, and then forward the convo to, or 3-way call, the particular repair man. 

He does stuff around the house but I still have to hire out the "occasional" repair man.

It's clear damage and a detailed receipt from a repair man to fix it seems easy enough.

On average I had 2-3 calls a year.....so lets say $800/year....... that's a LOT of cost for some pretty basic repairs that would have been cheaper if I found a repair man myself to do the repair.I did it out of convenience since I was out of state and dint have an connection to local repair services etc...... they made the arrangements....but when you actually look at the cost and the crap work they did, it was a bad business decision on my partYou MAY get lucky and THEY fit the bill for some big expense, so in the end you save big $$, but the cards are stacked against it.....

I was able to have him served by texting him into saying repair man was coming to fix an issue (something reported AFTER he stopped paying rent) - then my friend went and served him once he said he was home and waiting. 

Have an appliance repairman check it out and give you an idea what's going on.

The repairman replaced 2 things last year that seemed to have fixed it, but it's just not worth $300 a year to maintain.I still need to do some measurements, but the laundry unit fits inside a closet that has a door and it is a complete nightmare to try and pull it out and reattach the drain and fill hoses.Also, the new appliances would have a 1 year warranty and I would get the extended warranty on them as well.
