There's a chance they will say no (because they showed you 6 properties and expect to be paid) in which case perhaps you can arrange for their managing broker to set you up with a different agent in the same brokerage and give the first agent a referral fee for their efforts/ for referring you.  

Network with commercial brokers and ask them for referrals to reputable investors.   

Do you get value out of business and client connections and referrals?

It can be a fruitful relationship, as if you have investor clients looking for a trusted property manager, we will pay your a referral fee for sending them our way. 

Referrals are obviously the best route, but that is not always possible.

Nobody can safely and legitimately sell tradelines better and quicker than these guys, nobody pays more to do it, and nobody has a 100% commission referral program for each card uploaded by any/all new sellers you refer - without limit.I'm extremely experienced in this and although I've been through a couple growing pains with GFS they've ironed out nearly every issue and went fully transparent with their payment schedule and their system to prove that they will not manipulate pricing based on individual customers.

I also ask for referrals from other tradesmen I have doing a project.  

The agent is willing to work with me and offered to pay our agent a referral fee but that they would need to be in the deal someway since it was their opportunity - which I honestly understand and would not try to snatch from them.I was concerned with the pros and cons with either route - direct or through an agent.
